Subscription plans are available that include a specified number of FAX pages, unlimited reception, and a dedicated geographical FAX number reflecting the user's area code.

The app supports attaching or storing various file types (PDF, DOC, XLS, etc.) and integrates seamlessly with Dropbox, allowing file management without leaving Scan FAX EasyOffice.

Sending a free FAX page is possible within the app; continued use requires topping up credits via in-app purchase options.
